In the early 70s, there was a tv show called McCloud. It starred Dennis Weaver as a marshal from out west, who comes to New York City to work with the NYPD. Of course, his style didn't mesh well with NYPD policies, and his gruff-voiced boss was always berating McCloud for his unorthodox methods. These lectures always began with the boss yelling, "McCloud!"
