He was on Miami Vice with hair, and he's pretty much bald in this movie.....is he wearing a hairpiece in Miami or was the baldness part of the makeup in this movie?

The movie is based on a true story. The real teacher was bald with that same exact comb-over style. Google the teacher’s name for the pics.
Olmos isn’t really bald. He didn’t wear a hairpiece on Miami Vice. In this movie, they probably just shaved his head on the top and used hair-thinners for the combover strands.
