Better than TLJ?

Yes!
great movie
By a galactic mile!
shareIndeed! This movie has so many good one liners its ridiculous.
shareAnd it's got Joan Rivers in it, the only person to be completely snubbed by the Oscars after her death.
That's a win for Joan in my book!
I always forget she is Dot but yeah I don't think she would care one bit about the Oscars. I had a huge crush on Princess Vespa for years after this movie came out.
shareIt gets even crazier than that. Turns out that wasn't her in the Dot suit; it was a different actress. But Mel Brooks didn't think the body actress's voice was funny enough, so he got Joan Rivers to come in and have all the lines recorded in her voice, and it was dubbed into the film.
shareUm, this movie has absolutely no connection to the newest Star Wars films. It was inspired purely by Lucas's "A New Hope." Whatever connection you guys got between them is totally imagined.
shareYes

I can actually re-watch Spaceballs. I love the theme song. The sets are great and it's actually a pretty cool sci-fi adventure flick, even as satire.
The Last Jedi is a movie I hope I will never watch again. I hated that movie so much.
I'm with you on this one. Spaceballs is a classic, whereas TLJ is only fit for people in Gitmo to watch, though that might be considered cruelty to animals.
shareNo question.
shareNot a feat that's hard to do.
Question: Should I watch Spaceballs again as a mid-40s guy or just leave the great memory of watching it as Star Wars kid in the 80s alone?
This is a joke right? Of course it’s better than The Last Jedi.
