How old were you when you first saw this movie?

This movie might be the oldest memory I have of myself watching a film on television. Since it came out in 1987, I suppose it aired on tv in 1989... which means I was 7 when I fist saw this movie. I haven't seen it ever since. But I can remember a few scenes. It's funny I was thinking about it recently, and I had no idea what was the name of this movie, but IMDb had a link on the 1980's best kiss scene, and this movie ranked No 1. That is when I recognized the picture of the actors. I'm glad I can finally put a name on this movie. I'll definitely watch it again sometime.

One day shy of 23.

I seen this the day it came out the day before my birthday.

I think I saw it when it came out because I worked at a movie theater from 87-92 so I pretty much watched everything released in those years. I was I guess 16 then.

Saw it in the theater. Came out the week I turned 17. Eric Stoltz was all the impetus I needed to see it.

55. I think that's the record for this thread (so far). I managed to miss this until I picked up a bargain bucket DVD the other day though I was aware of the title. It's quite interesting actually in that it answers a couple of vague questions I had such as (1) why was Eric Stoltz ever considered a teenage heart throb and (2) where the heck did Mary Stuart Masterson come from when she suddenly appeared in 'Fried Green Tomatoes'.

I believe I was 16 at the time. I saw it when it first aired on tv if I remember correctly

About 18-19, around 1990. A friend of mine was in the hospital for a broken bone, and her hospital roommate's dad owned a videostore, and brought a lot of movies for them to watch.

Today at 27 I saw this movie.

I actually prefer the old school movies of this genre of the 80s and 90s. There are hardly any 2000s worth mentioning or remembering... I can't even remotely remember one at this moment except that every time I try to think or recall a 2000s example, I keep thinking of John Hughes' other movies from the 80s and 90s. It's impossible.
