While I enjoyed all those movies (haven't seen Condorman since it first came out, but I loved it as a kid), none would make my top 3:

- Die Hard
- This is Spinal Tap
- Aliens

It is so hard to narrow the field down to 3. So many beloved movies...

I'd rate Princess Bride somewhere in #6-#10 for 1987, i.e., in the group just below the top-tier for me that year (Wings of Desire, Au Revoir Les Enfants, Withnail and I, Raising Arizona, Year My Voice Broke).

I was a kid then, am certainly not now and still love E.T. It wouldn't make my own top three but it's top twenty of the decade for sure, and I would take it over a lot of the movies being mentioned on this thread.
