3 best movies of the 80s
1. Back to the Future
2. Princess Bride
3. Condorman
Princess Bride has to be ahead of Back to the Future.
Never even *heard* of Condorman.
My favorites would go something like 1) Princess Bride 2) Goonies 3) Aliens
My "best" would go something like 1) Princess Bride 2) Amadeus 3) Chariots of Fire (I reserve the right to change my mind, of course)
I gotta put "Predator" on that list...just because it was the first movie I remember seeing as a kid. Plus, it's still a great action movie today.

Scarface should be in there somewhere.
shareYou'll probably laugh, but I didn't think that much of it. I prefer the original.

Add Empire Strikes Back somewhere close to the top, and this is basically my list, too. And add The Jerk. And Fletch. And Fletch Lives. And They Live. Shit.
And The Terminator, Ferris Buehler, Full Metal Jacket, Brazil, Stand by Me. 80s movies kicked ass!
Princess Bride is up there. Other classics are National Lampoons Vacation, The Gods Must Be Crazy, Rainman, The Emerald Forest, The Clan of the Cave Bear, Big, Conan the Barbarian, Akira and Stand By Me.
You really are entertaining me Mr. Stranger.
I LOVE THE GODS MUST BE CRAZY! Such a great film.
1. Brazil
2. Blade Runner
3. Return of the Jedi
