Yikes. Better legs? Not even close IMO. Peg had borderline cankles. Besides, the fake rack puts her at the back of the line behind Kelly and Marcy.
You are probably thinking of the later seasons. Early Peg has legs that are top tier. Better and more shapely than CA's. It's just that CA dressed in hornier outfits that showed her legs off more.

Apparently not. Katey Sagal's boobs were blatantly, obviously real, which was very easy to tell from any of the many cleavage shots of her. They were clearly saggy (but were held up with a bra) and had an unsightly gap between them. The only time they might have looked good if unleashed was directly after her pregnancy in season 6, but that didn't last long.
Fake boobs (implants) are the exact opposite of saggy; they are unnaturally rigid/immobile, because the silicone or saline is contained in plastic bags which can't move/flow nor form realistic shapes like actual breast tissue. That gives the disgusting snow globes under a sheet effect. Even though Sagal almost certainly didn't have good-looking boobs, they would have inherently looked better than any fake ones, which aren't even human, nor even biological in any way.

Are you old enough to ever have seen any women's boobs, naked? They all have a gap between them. Sometimes a bra or clothing shoves them together so it just looks like a crack or crease, but when unharnessed they all have a space in between. And it's not "unsightly".

First, I didn't merely say "gap," I said, "unsightly gap," obviously. Second, good-looking boobs meet each other toward the top, therefore there is no gap between them at all. Since this obviously confuses you, here's an illustration using Avril Lund's boobs:

Thank you, Captain Obvious. That's called "cleavage." Sagal can't even create proper cleavage due to the excessive (and unsightly) gap between her boobs, i.e., if you drew lines around her boobs they would never meet; they would miss each other by a couple/few inches. Toward the bottom they can be squeezed together enough to create some cleavage, but toward the top the gap always remains because there's not enough breast tissue up there to bridge her unsightly gap, regardless of how hard you squeeze.

If the gap is small enough it's not necessarily unsightly, but in Sagal's case, it's definitely unsightly.
