They had the same last name as the family on Full House

Anyone ever notice that? A strange coincidence for two 80's sitcoms. ALF actually premiered a year before Full House did but I'm not sure which show was in development first. I just wonder if the Tanners on Full House were somehow related to the Tanners on ALF (not in real life of course) since both shows took place in California.

Maybe. Danny and Willy could have been cousins or something, and it would have been interesting it it was revealed that they were related.

yup I wish they would make it Cannon that Danny and Willie are related in Fuller House
