It's a serious question. Queen Geddren being a lesbian was something that was never said out loud, but there were moments that made me wonder:
-In the beginning, the voice over saying, "Geddren wanted you for herself"
-The image of the topless woman dancing on her magic mirror
-The female slave/companion/hand maiden that was always with her
-The over-the-top obsession with Red Sonja
-Geddren telling Sonja that they could rule side by side together

OK yeah, that line is a bit leading... But it's 3rd hand. Maybe the voiceover sprite was just being spiteful and calling the enemy a dirty dyke :-)

Easily a gaffe by the magician/sorceror guy when tuning in the mirror (he doesn't have a Tivo subscription). Nothing to do with Gedren herself.
-The female slave/companion/hand maiden that was always with her
Hand Maiden. Everyone has them. Likely an indentured slave who has proven herself more capable and useful than her predecessors.
EVERY person in a position of power needs a right-hand assistant... Heck, even I want my own handmaiden! :-D
-The over-the-top obsession with Red Sonja
The dumb bad-acting bint slashed her face open and ruined her obvious beauty! As an all-powerful ruler, wouldn't YOU be obsessed with someone who did that and somehow survived?
-Geddren telling Sonja that they could rule side by side together
Trickery, cliche, distraction, or just something to make Sonja feel bad?
"If you weren't such a mis-cast dolt, you could have been a useful henchwoman" kind of thing...
Arnie, on the other hand, well.... have you *seen* those pants and the boots he wears with them? :-D

-In that introduction to Gedren, surely she would have been represented by the voiceover as being thoroughly and dispicably lecherous.
-Regarding the image in that magic mirror, the topless woman appears to be Gedren herself. I've always believed it to be a representation of her vanity, as well as her brazen sexuality, rather than lesbian porn.
-Of course, a queen must have her favorite of handmaidens, by her side to satisfy her every immediate whim. Notice how the young girl fawns over Gedren, yet the queen never returns her affection.
-Sonja did rip open one entire side of Gedren's beautiful face, leaving her with a hideous scar she would forever have to hide behind a creative yet quite noticeable attachment to her crown. Given the queen's ego-centric personality, the obsession with Sonja makes sense.
-Gedren is obviously striking out at Sonja in an effort to make her feel badly, when she tauntingly declares, "We could have ruled side-by-side together."
Rather than a lesbian, I believe Queen Gedren was simply narcissistic, self-satisfied and ego-centric.
Notice how the young girl fawns over Gedren, yet the queen never returns her affection.
