Favorite Scene
When I was a kid and in love with this movie, my favorite scene had to have been when Hillary's boobs lit up. Made any adolescent boy like myself very happy.

I hate my own creation! Now I know how God feels. -Homer Simpson
The funniest scene i think was when the germans rear end the pinto
shareThe scene where Dr. Flammond tells Nick about the device that could extract all the salt out of the ocean and what that could mean for third world countries. Nick's reaction to that. "Wow!..They'd have enough salt to last forever".
Brilliant!
When Deja Vu says, "that adults have to handle things n a mature fashion", then he sneezes and jumps out the window, and chocolate mousse laughs and nick is like "What the *** is this stuff"? "GASOLINE" "DEEHAHHAHAHA" "Gulp Gulp Gulp"
shareMy favorite scenes are those with the cow in military boots, sneaking into the well-guarded German castle.

when litrine comes in with a dead carrier pigeon and says there's a traitor and deja vu says "and i see you've dealt with him appropriately"
sharethe priest´s latin phrases, like: "e pluribus unum"-
"veni,vici,vidi." (by Julius Caesar),"-coitus interruptus" (=aborted intercourse).
Best scenes are the pacman thing.. And
"What the hell isthis stuff?"
"Gasoline mwahhahhah"
And the boots on the ground of course.. :)

"That there is one damn fine coat you're wearin'" Marv from Sin City
hic haec hoc,
hujus hujus hujus
...
huic huic huic
honc hanc hoc
hoc hac hoc
(etc)
he's declining the demonstrative pronoun in latin.
I saw this movie for the first time this past weekend. (My Biology teacher recommended it to me.) I absolutely LOVE this movie! My favorite scene is the one with the priest muttering random latin phrases like "ipso facto, quid pro quo, veni vidi vici, etc." and I nearly fell off of my chair from laughter when he reverted to pig latin: "oureyay oinggay otay etgay iedfray in the airchay!"
Now, every time I see my teacher, I greet him with a, "Latrine! ... How are you today?!" ^_~
That scene was hilarious... i'm quite shore that he also says "coitus interruptus" in the middle of that so called latin...
The German womens olympic team, and the National song they were singing, subtitled something like "don't try to escape, if our guns don't get you the dogs will" been years since I saw this, so may be a bit rusty :-)
shareToo many to list. But one of my favorites is...
Nick: I'm not the first guy that fell in love with a girl he met in a restaurant who turned out to be the daughter of a kidnapped scientist only to lose her to a childhood lover who she'd last seen on a deserted island and who turned out fifteen years later to be the leader of the French underground.
Hillary: I know, it all sounds like some bad movie.

It used to be on tv every six months when I was a kid and it took a few years before I saw it again and about the only scene I remembered was Hilary embracing Nick and ultimately destroying his guitar! It remains one of my favorites, with Nike playing, barely touching the strings! lol
| ''But where's the ambiguity?... It's over there, in a box!'' |
My favorite scene is when Nick is having that nightmare about missing his final exams in school. As he wakes up, he realizes he's in a German torture cell being whipped, to which he remarks: "Oh! Thank God!!"

so many to choose from...
1. When the grenade is thrown through the window and the guy jumps on it, only for it to explode and all the guys standing around are blown up.
2. The Resistance running around in the potato farm shack from bullets and you see their feet. They do this run twice and the third time they do a river dance.
3. The blindman gets shot and burns the letter that badly needed to be delivered.
4. The underwater fight scene
5. Everytime the french guy shouts Latrine and Latrine dives on in
6. The general is rounding out his troops and we see a large muddy road with jeeps driving on it and the camera zooms out to reveal all the jeeps driving in circles.
7. The old lady answering the phone at the shooting field.
8. "I'll miss you most of all scarecrow."
I was here

"Is this the potato farm?"
"Oui, I am Albert Potato".
