does the emperor have a tragic backstory (before tpm) ?

should we feel sorry for him because he was bullied all his youth and chose to be evil or was he seduced to the dark side or was he just born bad?

reply

He is a white man. Therefore he was born evil

reply

Reported for being racist

The only villain I feel bad for in the whole saga is Count Dooku. He got used the hardest, did all the work, and was sacrificed like a pawn. A great dark Jedi, a terrible Sith. He should have known better than to fool around with those religious zealots. Every bit as bad as the Jedi he already turned his back on.

As for feeling bad for the Emperor, everything this dude says is a lie and manipulation. We the viewer can't actually believe any of the information that's presented to us.

reply

No. I really don't get people like you that ignore things like blowing up a planet and also ignoring things like the force having an evil side and a good side. Also if you ask me the people who hate on the Jedi are hateful hardcore athiests who can't stand anyone having a religion.

If it makes you feel better.
