The kids grab kitchen knifes? That should NOT have been incluided

I could not believe it. There is a noise and what do they do? All grab knifes and go outside. The mother tells them off but they don't listen to her.

How many stabbings can we attribute to that scene? It literally taught millions that if they hear a noise or have a "situation", you grab a knife and go investigate.

I actually think that seeing as this movie is rerun so much, they should edit that out. Just have them going outside and digitally erase the knifes.

I would imagine 0, but you know, I tend to use logic regularly.

If someone is "learning" from movies or tv shows, then they need some help. It's fiction...

You must be insane OP. You're the kind of person I try to avoid at all costs in my life. Are your children wrapped in a giant bubble? I feel HORRIBLE for them, your children that is. I bet you they are picked in incessantly in school because of how wimpy they are due to overprotective parenting. You started a domino effect to where they will live sad, miserable lives probably filled with agoraphobia and Xanax.
