The Crow (at least it had a line "it can't rain all the time", I don't remember how much it actually rained in it)
I don't remember any rain in Black Rain... oh yes, there was one small scene on a bridge after Douglas' partner was decapitated...
There's at least two scenes in the movie "the beach", where there's torrential rain.

shareThere are some good youtube rain channels... one is called texashidef. Some guy in Austin Texas has edited and uploaded dashcam footage of his drives through the rain at dusk/night. (He also goes by the name yogaduke).
I cast it to my big screen, and sit and watch it as a form of meditation. The glow of neon lights passing by, the periodic flash of lightning, hypnotic white noise of the rain, combined with the rhythmic thump... it sends me into some sort of deep reverie.

I scoured youtube for some melancholic tunes (example below) which I then edited into the audio portion of his videos... super relaxing. I even added some radio static between songs to make it seem like someone was turning the dial on an old school AM car radio.
