Kinda cheesy.

I mean, he’s fighting for his life using a whip, and he has a big grin on his face, LOL.

See it in athletes all the time.

Playing sports is not required to be considered athletic.

Indy has exceptional body control and hand-eye coordination.

LOL, I suppose….but it takes away any sense of danger. It has always just struck me as funny, and of, that he’s….smiling.

That poster is legendary, and it was promotional material. Would you want to see a movie with a scowling or frightened main character? I wouldn't.

That’s actually the re release poster. In the original poster he had a scowl on his face

Right! I remember that one as well. And that one is more fitting, IMO.

The newer one where he's smiling is just.....goofy.

It would be like having a poster for Jaws, or The Godfather, or Mission Impossible.......and in the photo, everyone is smiling. LOL.
