Hot Tub Murder

Just wondering why Michael's hand doesn't get messed up since it's also getting dunked into the scalding water. Guess he stopped by the burn unit afterwards before continuing his murder spree.

MecuryMars, Michael is always briefly stopped by physical invasions, so he must experience pain. However, since he is immortal, his body recovers rapidly from getting hurt. The masked killer probably feels the extreme heat for a moment the way that we would if we were to get moderate burns, but continues to drown the woman because his injury disappears immediately. Also, the water is not scalding the instant that the murder begins. That makes it easier for Michael to keep his grip.
