There isn't an official source, but a police officer has said there is a beloved British TV icon who is a nonce and it'll come out when he dies. Many think it's David.

If you Google David Jason hand gliding club, some stuff come up.

Not heard a whisper about him (unlike some others). But yes, I'll still be able to watch the show if he is.

Edit: Hmm, some message boards and blogs going back a few years about him supposedly associating with known paedophiles. Not seen any direct allegations against him.
