han and the falcon? do they have better equipment for hyperspace or were they closer or luck or something else?

Yes, it's really the only way that makes sense.

Most likely... Boba Fett followed Han and relayed to Vader that they their probable destination was Bespin, and Vader steered his destroyer that way and got in and setup for the trap right before Lando headed them into that conference room. Must have been a rush!

The Falcon's hyperdrive was not working. That's what they were working on when they were hiding in the space worm, and that's the first thing they said to Lando on Cloud City.

Did you notice how the Falcon was constantly being or needing to be repaired throughout the film? That makes me wonder if maybe it wasn't in tip-top condition.

I thought it was obvious, Vader was a force user, he predicted Leia was going to be there.

Maybe Boba Fett was able to hack the Falcon's computer and transmitted all the information about Bespin to Vader.
