I actually think it does. If you like your Bond movies a little goofy, this is a great one. I'd put it right at number 10.

I put it in the top 10 based on sheer enjoyment. The enjoyment factor is off the charts.

This is definitely in my top 10, even the best Roger Moore Bond movie as well. I remember seeing this on Cable in Dec 1980 and thinking how surprisingly good this movie was.
