Has the darkest moments in the entire Bond franchise?

Excellent film this, undoubtedly one of the best Bonds.

However it does have the interesting juxtaposition of being viewed as one of the lighter entries in the series whilst also containing two of the darkest scenes in any of the Bond films.

I'm a talking about Drax's "release the hounds" moment which is quite horrific (pure Hammer House stuff) and then that Rio Carnival creepy Jaws clown alleyway scene.

The only other Bond scene which I think comes close to these is the infamous shower scene from Skyfall where Bond uses his stealth techniques to sneak first his way on to a yacht and then into the shower of an unsuspecting naked lady, one who has in fact recently confided in Bond that she had been a victim of sex trafficking (taking the whole distasteful scene to a new level of psychological horror).

These are probably the three scariest scenes I can think of in Bond movies. Any others I'm missing?

Feeding Felix to sharks in LTK was pretty dark...

A View to a Kill has drastic shifts in tone, from very dark to very light.

I forgot about Bond kicking that car off the cliff killing the henchman in For Your Eyes Only. That was pretty dark as well...
