the soundtrack is brilliant.
i love this film, one of the most unique films ive ever seen.
along with how oddly beautiful this film looks and the weird acting i reckon the soundtrack compliments it perfectly.
parts of this soundtrack should be iconic, it has definitely influenced a lot of horror

shareJust bought an original Italian pressing of the soundtrack, complete with pop-up inner sleeve It's the same as the disc included in the Anchor Bay limited edition (minus a couple of extra tracks) but it sounds much better on vinyl. One critic at the time of the film's release, said some of it sounds like Disney's ''Chilling, Thrilling Sounds From The Haunted House'' Lp. And, indeed, it does. Stll a great Score though, and, the louder, the better.
