Riverbottom Nightmare Band ROCKS.

I must have watched this fantastic little movie about 200 times when I was a kid, and I was always glad that the Riverbottom Nightmare Band won the contest. Their song rocked so hard, much better than the Jug Band's song. I love the weasel, he has a great singing voice. And Chuck just can't be touched.

One thing that always bothered me as a kid and still does, when the fox announces the winner at the end, he calls them "The Nightmare". Their name is RIVERBOTTOM NIGHTMARE BAND, fox. Get it straight.

I never saw or heard about this special until last year at Christmas time, but I agree that song is awesome, as was their stage show.

I always thought it was cool they had them win the contest. They were the best band after all.

They're fortunate Jimi Hendrix wasn't still alive. He'd extract some royalties out of them Riverbottom boys.
