That guy is in a lot of Chiba's films and usually plays this type of character. On the other hand, in "Sister Street Fighter: Fifth Level Fist," there is a black man who is very moral and kind.

You can make any movie out to be racist.

The film was full of Japanese and Chinese characters almost all of which were vile hateful scum. Cry me a river.

I hate it when people call something racist just because of petty stuff like this. So what if the only black guy was a crazy sex maniac ? It was a plot point in the film, audiences probably know that there are black guys who are not crazy sex maniacs without the need of it being shown in the film don't they ? I do!

It in no way means that just because the one black dude in this film was a rapist that all black males are that way. I’m glad there were films made back then that did not have to pass a politically correct focus group, like today.
