Is this appropriate for a 6 year old?

My 6 year old son wants to see this, but I haven't seen it yet and not sure if it's OK for him to see it.

It's fine for kids. I showed it to my niece when she was 4 and it turned her off chocolate for life. That, and "Sweet Movie."

I think it is. We had it played in the birthing room when our second was born.

(It was Texas Chainsaw Massacre for the first.)

Yeah definitely. For my daughters 6th birthday I had all of her friends and family come over to watch Salo. Everyone loved it.

Absolutely. Children all over the world have loved Salo for many years and will continue to do so into the future.

It's great as part of a family night in with the kids double-feature.

This movie followed by Cannibal Holocaust (1980).

Bring out the popcorn, highly entertaining.
