S2 is definitely not as strong story-wise but I think it's better character-wise, the actors have grown into their parts and the writers have more of a feel of how to write the characters. S3 is definitely a big drop off.

Not really, Roddenberry deliberately wanted an ethnically diverse cast to represent a united Earth of the future. This is just a bizarre criticism to make of Star Trek.

What aspects of Trump's character are misrepresented here? If anything I thought movie Trump was better than real life Trump. Smarter, more self aware, shows some capacity for regret. Real life Trump is just a dumbass and watching a dumbass be a dumbass for two hours would just be boring so they had to give him depth he doesn't really have to make a good movie.
