Both are great fun, but "JP" is forgettable and "Jaws" is memorable.
"Jaws" really is a perfect movie, one that strikes just the right balance between terror, humor, authenticity, adventure, and even s touch of the epic.
Both are good, but JP is better paced and more fun.

shareJaws. With no doubt. I really like Jurassic Park. Its not only hos amazing full size dinosaurs you saw for the fidt time on the big screen. Is was also the built up of the characters (even the child characters werent just boring or annoying).
But compared with Jaws ..... no chance at all.
Jaws all the way. Jurassic Park has HORRIBLY written characters, they're so cartoony, Also those annoying kids. In Jaws Spielberg still had balls. He even killed a kid. No way he would do that in JP.

Does depend on the perspective. JP is my favorite movie of all-time, and gets you fantasizing about what could happen. But Jaws is way scarier. Even though we know sharks generally aren't actually going to go after humans much, still, lying on the beach, you can't help but worry about what might happen if you go in...
