which is funnier: Saddles or Young Frankenstein?

For me, hands down, it's Blazing Saddles. YF is probably the more artsy of the two. It's more structured and controlled. It's a good movie.

But it doesn't have the gut-busting, laugh out loud moments that BS has.

The Producers, Young Frankenstein, and Blazing Saddles all get 10s from me, and I've only rated ~36 films a 10, out of thousands watched.

As far as funny, I watched all three again within the past 2 months, and they all had me laughing out loud.

Good summation

I think young Frankestein is more even...but BS's funniest bits are funnier than YFs!

Tough choice, Saddles has more LOL moments, but Frankenstein has quite a few of those moments that you can quote them to many different people and they don't have to ask what movie, they usually quote the next line! Personally, I'm a big History of the World, part 1, fan myself. :-)
