Favorite Monkee?
I can't believe this topic hasn't been posted yet. Maybe I missed it. Oh well.
My fav will always be Micky!! He's so adorable.
Mine is definitely Micky Dolenz! I love everything about him! He's hilarious, the sexiest, and the leader of the group, IMO; he did sing the most songs. In order:
#1 Micky Dolenz- I really love when has straight hair.
#2 Peter Tork- he is so cute! Funny also! Very smart, and talented musician!
#3 Mike Nesmith- talented musician. Cute and funny also.
#4 Davy Jones- most ppl it seems likes davy. I never cared for him too much. He does have him moments though. Liked his hairstyle better on the 2nd season. He isn't ugly, I do like his accent, and he is funny sometimes.
I love each of them in their own way, but micky is and always will be my fave. :D
I've been watching the show online for the past few weeks and at first, Mike was my favorite. I don't know why, he just had this certain charm about him.
But I was watching an episode when I noticed that Peter was wearing his belt buckle to the side. I've been doing that for years, because the buckle always hurt my stomach and I was super excited to see him doing the same thing. I went back and looked at the other episodes, and he's done it every time he wears a belt. I don't know why, but that made me like him so much more.
Plus, I like Micky, just because he's so silly and funny. So my favorite goes back and forth between Mike, Peter, and Micky. But mostly Peter now.
Nothing against Davy, of course. I like him well enoough, just not as much as the other three.
DAVY! It's always the cute, short British ones- ex. my favorite Beatle is Ringo. :3
The others I love equally. None of them have any qualities that are dislikeable. ^_^
And I've only been into 'em for a week!

...Mike. XD I sort of...change fast. :P
But yeah, I still love Davy but Mike has occupied the top spot for now. :)

shareWhen I was little, I loved Davy so much I used to almost cry.(Loved the accent.) But then, I started to like Mickey.(He was crazy.) Then it was Mike.(He was funny in a subtle kind of way.) Never liked Peter (in that way) much. Loved all of them for thier comedy and singing. I got to see them twice once in '86 but I was wasted so I don't remember much and then with my kids at a free concert in Boston in '01 or thereabouts. Love them all now.
Once again, courageous American youth jumps into the fore...or five.
