Spice World: Hard Day's Night of the 90s?

They are so similar. Spice World is pretty much this movie with women. I wish they could have been more original. Of course the Beatles are the ones that are going to be remembered.

The Spice Girls would have to stand on their collective mothers' backs just to get up high enough to kiss the backsides of the Beatles. Truth. Spice World is to A Hard Day's Night what rat meat is to prime rib.

To answer the original question: NO.

The Spice Girls and SPICE WORLD were forgotten almost just as fast as the movie was released. Meanwhile, The Beatles and A HARD DAY'S NIGHT remain classics, and will never die. They stay vital for every new generation, and we're here 50 years later getting a new HD Blu-ray release.

Anybody else see the irony of this statment?

Both films are what they are, poor films quickly knocked out to cash in on the popularity of the groups; but both enjoyable mindless nonsesne with catchy tunes.
