I'd be interested (as a kid I loved the original). Might seem a bit too similar to Hotel Transylvania though for kids these days.
There have been several reboots already. The John Schuck/Lee Meriwether one wasn't bad. Although I do believe they should have cast Al Lewis to play Grandpa again

shareI thought NBC’s Mockingbird Lane pilot was great.
Instead of trying to copy the original series (which wouldn’t work) they revamped it as a more realistic reimagined version with dark humor. Wish it had been greenlit as a series.
