On the recommendation of an Italian friend, I've been trying to track down a copy of this movie for years. His copy of the film was in Italian with no subtitles. Can anybody suggest a way to see the film? Somebody wrote that they saw it on TV...I wonder what channel it played on...

shareThis is when and how I saw it. I'd never even heard of it, and it just drew me in. Stayed up way past my bedtime! TCM has a lot of good flicks. I'm not a subscriber, but they provide a nice selection of free films every week on On Demand.

This movie is now on youtube, although there are no english subtitles. I won't give a link for obvious reasons but all you have to do is type il sorpasso and there it is.
