Actually not just pretty, beautiful. Before this, I only saw her in North by Northwest and some movies where she is older.
I thought she was around 25 when the movie was shot, turns out she was actually 30.
Normal is not something to aspire to, it's something to get away from.
I would have to agree. She was gorgeous. Great film, but her beauty was a bit distracting. In a good way of course.

Whenever I watch a Brando film where he's at his absolute best, I can only keep my attention on his greatness. But, Eva's beauty is too much to ignore that I always end up falling for her, thus my focus is drawn only to her.
Her character wasn't even meant to be this sexy, seductive and desirable heroine, but it's hard not to see her this way despite her cute innocence.
