Not very entertaining, but has its value. We have to consider the context.

Just checked my IMDb rating and it's a 4/10.

I don't have fond memories of this movie.

IF this movie didn't have such big hype maybe I would have given it a 5/10. IDK.

PS. I love classic movies. Not this one.

8/10. The story is well told and I appreciate the innovative way it was filmed, but I don't enjoy it is a much as other films from the period. I do respect it's legendary status btw.

For being Orson Welles first movie along with being such a quantum leap back in 1941 I'd have to give this 10 out of 10.
I won't say this is the best movie of all time but it's certainly in the top 10 or 20.
