She's definitely really sick, vaxxed or not. Read the article. "Experiencing symptoms and recovering at home". If it was just a breeze for her with no symptoms, they would have trumpeted it from the rooftops, but what's happening to her doesn't fit the "vaxxed people don't get really ill" narrative, so they just say what they said.
