As far as I know - producers get a cut of the profits.
Meanwhile, this executive producer title will be equivalent to that of a moron who has too much money.
Oh - and forget about any sort of control of the production (despite this being an integral part of being an execute producer) lol

shareWell to be fair, I don't think you should buy in to a project like this for personal gain. It's just about helping out a filmmaker who's trying to get her movie made.
