Who is Trump's VP candidate JD Vance in the geopolitical scene?

He is the biggest anti-Ukrainian politician in the United States. His statement about Ukraine is:

"On the Ukraine question in particular, everyone with a brain in their head knows that this is going to end with negotiations... Ukraine is functionally destroyed as a country."

Regarding Israel, he is far more "Israel first" than "America first". In 2022 he said he would be strong advocate for Israel in the US Senate, even though 99% of senators already are. His love for Israel is unparalleled and the donation to the State of Israel, The Jews, must never stop. "He would give his life for Israel"

I do worry about the damage being done to the Ukraine nation, both the population and the infrastructure.

That seems to be something rarely discussed by the talking heads. They love to discuss the harm being done to the RUssians, but never discuss how well the ukrainians are holding up.

We need more politicians that are willing to put Israel first. There is no more important issue right now than donating more money and weapons to Israel. It looks like Vance is our guy. Let the flood gates of cash flow freely to Israel.
