Joking aside... Is the 45% directly from the 70% (i.e., 45% obese + 25% overweight = 70% unhealthy over weight)?
The overweight includes the obese, of course.
"*Overweight is defined as a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or higher. Obesity is defined as a BMI of 30 or higher." so they kinda overlap.
But if you want to be pedant then: 45% obese and 30% overweight (numbers are approximate, too lazy to look for exact numbers and they vary by the year - upwards ).
