It’s because Trump endorsed him! Look at the midterms. All the candidates whom Trump endorsed ended up losing. If Trump had endorsed Scalise, then Scalise would have lost to Jordan too

Jordan is a very loud and consistent voice against all things pertaining the new normal
Meanwhile, Scalise or the dude that just got deposed from the speaker throne - I've never ever heard of them, which tells me they've been very, very quiet on these issues. Preferring to mingle in the swamp, in order to keep their jobs, rather than raising their heads above the water.
For now, there's not enough anti-swamp warriors.
You never ever heard of Jordan? The guy was all over the Trump impeachment hearings, Hunter Biden investigation, the Alvin Bragg indictment pushback etc.
