Cara's height...

I see that she is listed all over the Internet as being 176cm tall but I've seen her In real life and there is no way she is any taller than 168cm... why does everyone lie about her height?

Don't be so sure. There is a lot of social pressure on shorter and average height guys to make themselves seem taller than they actually are, especially in Hollywood where image is everything. It's not unusual for taller actors to steal roles and get the limelight just because they conform more to the stereotypical version of male attractiveness. For most women and actresses it's not as important to be tall, but a similar pressure exists for models. Female models typically are marketed as being very skinny and very tall, which is completely unrealistic compared to most average women. All modeling agencies fudge heights by a few inches. For example, Cara is 5'7" but everywhere you look online including Google Search has her at 5'10". They probably measure the ladies in their heels and try to pass that off as their barefoot height.
