I see that she is listed all over the Internet as being 176cm tall but I've seen her In real life and there is no way she is any taller than 168cm... why does everyone lie about her height?

Yes, Cara herself says that she is 5'8" or 5'7".

I don't know...
women tend to be more obsessed about stuff like that.
I think the women lied first and the men followed suit.
