Epstein being taken off suicide watch resulting in less supervision, his cell mate being moved leaving him alone, putting him in an underfunded prison and not giving him any special security when he's one of the most at risk prisoners to ever be held in the US prison system.
And then two cameras break down and two guards fall asleep at the same time.
Everyone involved in those decisions should have been investigated thoroughly, phone and financial records subpoenaed and so on.
I find it impossible to believe that these decisions were made out of incompetence. There's a child murderer in Ohio who's case I've been following a little bit and he gets higher quality security than Epstein did.
