The 14th Amendment clearly states that “all persons born or naturalized in the United States” are citizens. It was enacted after the Civil War to confer citizenship upon Black Americans who had previously been slaves.

“Someone should tell him [Trump] that the North won” the Civil War, joked Burt Neuborne, a professor emeritus at New York University Law School and the founding legal director of the Brennan Center for Justice.

“If you’re born in the United States, the whole purpose of the 14th Amendment was to make you a citizen,” he added.

To be eligible for the presidency, a person must be a “natural born citizen” and at least 35 years old and must have resided in the country for at least 14 years.

Trump just cannot stop making a fool of himself. Where do the MAGA's draw the line on Trump's stupidity?

Peace deal that released 5000 Taliban (2020)
Bragged about sexual assault as a perk of wealth. (1995)
Had protesters gassed near a church for his photo op. (2020)
Pushed for gun confiscation without due process. (2018)
Promised to replace ACA with something better, but just did away with part of it instead. (2020)
Said the pandemic would just go away like a miracle, inject disinfectants, sunlight etc. (2020)
Claimed Obama should resign for letting in a single ebola exposed person into the USA, but let thousands of potentially infected people in from China/overseas during pandemic. (2020)
When he gets millions from China and Russia for services rendered but criticizes others for doing so. (2020)
When he lines his pockets with inflated lodging expenses for Secret Service at his own properties (2017-2021)

All this crap, but to you it is just the price of gas that matters?
