Kamala gave a fluff speech carefully written to avoid highlighting most her 3.5 years as the worst rated VP.
You're shifting goalposts from "worst rated VP" to "lowest net-negative rating of modern vice presidents in the history of their polling"? How do you define a modern VP and what is "the history of their polling"?
Perhaps if you actually provided links and made direct quotes from them, you would not need to shift your goals posts so much.

Shifting goalposts? That's complete nonsense! You asked for criteria for the worst for VP. The lowest net-negative rating of modern vice presidents is certainly a reasaonable criteria for that. If you don't like those results. Go whine to NBC news.
