I'm not sure if you realize this or not but students oftentimes go to the bathroom to do inappropriate things (smoke, do drugs, have sex, etc.) The teachers, principals, security guards, etc. need to be able to get into the bathroom and check it in case a student is doing something inappropriate. If the student can lock themselves in the bathroom there is NOTHING to stop them from smoking a blunt, making a tic toc video, grabbing another student into the bathroom and raping them, etc. Not to mention that "gender neutral bathrooms" are 100% unnecessary. If you are a biological male you go to the boys room where there will be no tampon dispensers, if you are a biological female you go to the girls room where there will be tampon dispensers. He avoided the draft 5 times. But this in itself is not a bad thing because at the time, most guys tried to avoid the draft and some used school deferments over fake medical reports. Why? Just to correct some of the things you’ve said. You should refer to AP News or Newsweek for factual info and if you need more citations, I can give them to you. Waltz joined at 17 years old. He served 24 years. Yes. 2 4. And left at 41. He retired in 2005 and they went to Iraq in 2006 - way after he retired. He ran for Congress in 2006. He was a Command Sergeant Major when he retired and yet he is not a ‘retired’ Command Sergeant Major — not due to NOT going to Iraq but not completing coursework. (See AP News 8/8/2024 “Minnesota National Guard officials have said that Walz retired before completing coursework at the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy, along with other requirements associated with his promotion.)
The point is Vance was a bad choice. Just as Palin was for McCain. Trump’s going to regret it. If he hasn’t already. It’s obvious he doesn’t like Vance. This swift-boating is a bad tactic for Vance. He should lay off it as it’s going come back to bite him. There are too many men who knew Walz in the service and too many guys that knew Walz as football coach and to try and vilify him will fall flat. The thing I keep mulling over is how did Vance ever get through Yale Law School and he was on the Yale Law Review. But many fellow alums say that he was a completely different person then. That explains it.
