The tactic of waiting to the election is mostly over, before admitting the truth, ie that Biden was not mentally able to be President anymore, while completely dishonest and anti-democratic, was effective and smart.
Now, they have a chance of getting their candidate into office without the voters having time to get to know her.
Thus, avoiding a free and fair election with an informed electorate.
