Let's try out some theories before we get sent to the Tower.

I think he was cheating on her with that Rose Hanbury chick.
She was cheating on him with that Thomas Kingston fellow.
William flew into a drunken rage, shot Kingston, beat Kate into a coma and then she died.

Person closest to the truth wins a month of no puns from samoanjoes or a long awkward hug from Kowalski.

Just goes to show that when you hire PR people, make sure they're good or this is what you get.

The theory floating around is he had an affair with that Rose woman (his side piece) she got pregnant, decided to keep the baby, Kate got mad, he flew into a drunken rage, beat her up, she went into a coma and is either still in a coma or dead.

Side theory is that Kate was having some affair with that royal who recently blew his brains out but that's another tin foil hat thread (maybe Willy iced him too).

Apparently they booked a flight somewhere, then the week before she had "planned" surgery (you'd think you'd be recovering from surgery the week after your planned surgery) and some Spanish reporter said in January someone told her she was in a coma.

There's probably more to it but that's the gist.

She's probably playing pickleball with Jamie Foxx and Lance Reddick or maybe, they'll just announce she lost her heroic battle with cancer blah blah blah.
