I agree that Kristen is talented and I NEVER meant to imply otherwise. But she has also played a teenager in all of her roles, just like Jessica. I mean, that's there age range; you can't blame them. The only difference is that she plays more melancholy roles. Kristen has had the opportunity to showcase her acting abilities a lot more than Jessica because she has been acting since she was really young.

I've seen Homecoming and 90210 and given the great performances Jessica has managed with such terrible scripts and shallow characters; I would say she is amazing. Any other actress would've made Silver on 90210 just a pathetic, depressed teen but Jessica manages to make you care about her because she makes Silver so real. Definitely breaks the sitcom actress mold.

Kristen, I believe, has the ability to do much more than just the 'sad, angry, sex-driven teen' roles that she has done so far. She is going to be an amazing actress that rules the award ceremonies. She just needs to stop taking roles as the sad girl. Adventureland, The Land of Woman, What Just Happened, Into The Wild, Twilight, Speak, The Messengers, The Yellow Handkerchief...all AMAZING performances, with the exception of The Messangers but that wasn't her fault, that movie was just horrible, but as I was saying, AMAZING performances but it has to be noted that they are all similar.

I can't wait to see both of these great actresses in different roles from the ones they have been doing. They will be around for a long, long time. It will be fun to watch.
