One of the comments i read under a story about this guy was from someone who had their insurance claim for cancer treatment denied because "The cancer hadnt spread enough yet" What kind of first would country would send a letter like that out?

People who claim our healthcare system is shit have not done much global travel.

Yes our life expectancy is lower than other developed countries due to a number of factors including {heart disease, stress, suicide, gun violence, liver disease, diabetes...}, and general poor health because of poor food choices, high availability and low cost of said poor food choices, and lack of exercise. Its not necessarily because we are getting poor health care.
