She gets plump from her lupus medication. Sadly it has been well-documented. Otherwise, she would be thin as a needle.

She’s adorable, and very likable.
I just wish she didn’t succumb to the pressure of getting a thinner nose.

Just like J-Lo, Britney and Cameron Diaz. All looked great….and then went with the thinner nose.
