No contemporary police reports were filed against Brand, no arrests made, no charges filed. But the allegations are damn loud, so he very well could end up in jail.
There's one current formal Met Police investigation into Brand.

He was charming, then he wasn't charming, then they had consensual sex, then he wasn't charming again - dunno what and how they'll charge him with anything if these 'victims' keep popping up. Soon enough, they'll be asking his exes if they ever caught him not doing the dishes and then try to figure out if he might be held criminally liable for that.
