Grade A moron Grosskreutz admits Kyle didn't shoot until Grosskreutz pointed his own gun at Kyle's head...

Admitting to chasing Kyle and that Kyle didn't shoot him until he pointed his gun at Kyle's head lol.

Lawyer: "did he shoot when your hands were in the air? " Grosskreutz: "no" Lawyer: "Did he shoot you while you were pointing your gun at his head?" Grosskreutz : "yes, that's correct"

If you were wondering, yes, the prosecution facepalmed.

Anyone still supporting these animals at this point has a serious intelligence problem.

Maybe the DA only took the case for reasons that have nothing to do with guilt. For all we know, the prosecutor didn't want to take the case at all but has to go through the motions.

Also, if there is video showing that Grosskreutz was pointing his gun at Rittenhouse, what could he say?

reply

Yeah. This is what I hope comes up at some point. Self defence using a lethal weapon is legal in the US, hell, it's legal in the UK if the threat level is suitably matched.

So, it begs the question, if you're not within your rights to shoot someone who has a gun pointed at your head, when are you OK to take that shot? As your body is dropping to the ground after your attacker shoots you? Perhaps when paramedics are fighting to stop you from bleeding out? On the way to the hospital? Whilst you're being operated on?

There is literally zero deescalation wiggle room at that point.

I think we all know why this case got past a cursory glance at the evidence.

reply

Well, he was under oath... and told the truth.

reply

He wasn't too worried about telling the truth to the police...

reply

He should have been.

"Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law."

He should have kept his mouth shut. Doesn't matter though, they couldn't hide the evidence forever.
